The main role of the telecallers is to make a cold call to the customers or the buyers and explain about the product or the services and convert the call to sales (usually referred to as ("leads").
There are two types of calls
1. Cold Calling:-It is a type of calling where the customer's data is taken directly from the directory or the lead lists.
2.Warm Calling:-It is a type of calling where the customers are registered themselves to get a call from the agents
For example- The customer entering his/ her personal details like Name, Number, and Email id in the Tourist website to know about the holiday packages and the discounts.
Usually, warm data helps the agents to convert the leads and achieve the target

There are many domestic and international clients who are willing to outsource their sales project to other call centers to increase their sales and profit.
For Example, banks outsource their sales process like Credit Card selling and Loans to the third-party vendors.

- Ask the company to provide data and the dialer and their company CRM to work on
- Ask the company about the data connectivity ratio because if the connectivity is good then your agents can convert the leads easily
- Hire a candidate who has very good communication and command over the language
- candidate must have the good self-confidence to speak to the customer on behalf of the company
- Give target to the agents on a daily basis
- Monitor each calls dialed, Make sure that agents are not giving any false information to the customer and not talking any un-related topics.
- listen to the agents call recording and help them to improve or appreciate them for their work

Greet the customer
(Good Morning! Mr. customer name I am Agent name Calling on behalf of Axis Bank. How are you doing today?? )
Ask the permission of the customer before you start explaining the product/ services
Can I talk to you for 2 minutes??
The reason for my call is you are selected as a privileged customer of Axis bank
We are offering you a lifetime credit card which is absolutely free of cost, You don't have to pay anything.
By using Axis bank platinum credit card you get 5% cash bank in the form of reward points in all the petrol bunks
You can use our card to book any movie tickets at all the multiplex and avail an offer of buy1 get 1 free ticket

(Explain the customer about all the offers)
Once the customer is interested, check the eligibility, if the customer is eligible for the card collect the information like
- First Name
- Last name
- Address
- Alternate Phone no
- Email-id
and inform the customer to keep the necessary documents ready and inform about the executive who is going to collect the documents.
